Return & Exchange Policy​

At Kidoov, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issues, we’re here to help with exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

Exchanges

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

    • Damaged or defective

    • Incorrectly shipped

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at 

Refunds

  • If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue a Kidoov Gift Card equal to your purchase amount.

  • The gift card will be sent once we receive and verify the returned product.

  • Refunds in the form of a gift card are available only if:

    • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

    • The item is not a sale/discounted product (sale items are only eligible for exchange, not refunds).

Non-Eligible Products

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following:

  • Items that are used, worn, or washed

  • Products not in their original condition

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Items without a readable serial number

  • Hygiene-related products, including:

    • Cloth diapers

    • Nappies

    • Padded underwear
